For new employees, quickly familiarizing product knowledge of the company is a key step to integrate into the team and carry out work. On March 24, our company organized twelve new employees to go to the factory for a week to learn product knowledge.
When they first entered the factory, the new employees were shocked by the orderly production scene. The huge production equipment operated in an orderly manner, the workers operated skillfully, and one product after another gradually took shape on the assembly line. This is the cradle of product birth and the best classroom for learning product knowledge. The training instructors warmly welcomed the new employees. They have rich practical experience and will teach them in the next days.
On the first day, the new employees came to the insulation material factory. In the morning, the instructor introduced in detail the characteristics, sources and impact of different raw materials on product quality. Through the explanation, everyone understood that high-quality raw materials are the basis for creating high-quality products, and the selection of each material has been strictly screened and tested. In the afternoon, the new employees visited the composite workshop. Here, the new employees learned about the production process and production technology of DDP, DMD, pre-impregnated DMD and other materials, carefully observed and touched various insulation materials, and intuitively felt their differences.
On the second and third days, the new employees went to the production workshops of sheets, winding tubes, machined parts, laminated wood, etc. to learn the production process of the products. From the processing of parts to the molding of products, every link is full of knowledge. They saw how high-precision processing equipment mixed the raw materials together, and also witnessed the pressing and molding process of various products.
On the fourth and fifth days, the new employees came to the transformer factory. The new employees went deep into various production workshops and systematically learned the complex and delicate production process of the transformer. From the cutting and stacking of silicon steel sheets to the winding of windings, and then to the final assembly of the transformer, each link contains profound knowledge. They witnessed with their own eyes how high-precision cutting equipment cuts silicon steel sheets into precise sizes, and how skilled workers use their superb skills to tightly wind the windings on the iron core. In this process, everyone deeply realized that the sophistication of the production process is directly related to the energy efficiency level and service life of the transformer. For example, the tightness and uniformity of the winding will significantly affect the electrical performance of the transformer.
In addition to the production process, new employees also learned the product quality inspection process. The factory uses a variety of advanced testing equipment and strict testing standards to ensure that every product shipped meets high quality requirements. From appearance inspection to performance testing, any slight flaw cannot escape the eyes of the inspectors. This makes the new employees deeply realize that quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and the control of every link is related to the reputation of the product in the market.
A week of learning passed in a flash, and the new employees left the factory with a lot of gains. They mastered a wealth of product knowledge and had a comprehensive understanding from raw materials to finished products. More importantly, they experienced the dedication and persistence of every staff member in the factory. This factory learning trip laid a solid foundation for the new employees’ career development in the company.
