Crepe paper pipe manufacturing process:

1.Material Preparation:

The first step is to prepare the materials required for making crepe paper pipes. This typically includes crepe paper rolls, adhesive or bonding agent, and any additional materials such as reinforcement.

2.Creping:

The crepe paper is fed into a creping machine, where it undergoes a creping process. This involves stretching and crinkling the paper to create a textured surface, which enhances the flexibility and elasticity of the paper.

3.Adhesive Application:

The crepe paper is then coated or impregnated with an adhesive or bonding agent. This adhesive helps to bond the layers of crepe paper together and provide structural integrity to the pipe.

4.Forming the Pipe:

The adhesive-coated crepe paper is then wrapped or wound around a mandrel or pipe-forming machine. The layers are applied in a spiral or helical pattern, ensuring that each layer overlaps with the previous one to create a solid and durable pipe structure.

5.Drying and Curing:

Once the pipe is formed, it goes through a drying and curing process to allow the adhesive to set and harden. This may involve passing the pipe through a drying oven or using other methods to remove moisture and facilitate curing.

6.Finishing and Inspection:

After drying and curing, the crepe paper pipe undergoes finishing processes such as trimming the edges, removing any imperfections, and inspecting for quality assurance. This ensures that the pipe meets the required specifications and standards.

7.Packaging:

Finally, the finished crepe paper pipes are packaged and prepared for shipment or distribution.

500g Samples are free supplied, but express freight should be taken by client. After making order, we’ll to return freight back.

Packaging is important part to avoid goods breaking in transportation. We will choose suitable packing depend on materials.

Q: When customer respond quality issues after pick up goods, how to deal with?

1) Customer could supply photos of issued goods for our sales staff and then we’ll verify which part is wrong.

2) If the issue is confirmed, company will negotiate with customers and compensate in coming orders.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality of mass goods is same as the sample sent to me before?

We kept another same sample and marked on company when we sent to customer. So our production will be based on the same sample.
